REMARKS...

THE SEPTEMBER TO NOVEMBER FALL OF 2017 WAS MARKED BY EARLY WINTER
WEATHER AT THE END OF THE MONTH OF OCTOBER FOLLOWED BY FLUCTUATING
TEMPERATURE BELOW AND ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES THROUGH NOVEMBER.
AT THE FARGO CLIMATE STATION THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE REACHED 94
DEGREES ON SEPT 12 AND DROPPED TO THE COLDEST TEMPERATURE OFFOUR
DEGREES ON NOV 9. THE FALL OF 2017 WAS BELOW AVERAGE IN
PRECIPITATION WITH 3.96 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FALLING DURING THE
THREE MONTH PERIOD. THIS IS 1.76 INCHES BELOW THE SEASONAL AVERAGE.
3.7 INCHES OF SNOW FELL THIS FALL, WHICH IS 4.9 INCHES BELOW THE
SEASONAL AVERAGE OF 8.6 INCHES.
