FROM SEPTEMBER 1 THROUGH NOVEMBER 30 2015...ROCHESTER INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT HAD AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 52.0 DEGREES.  THIS WAS 4.3
DEGREES WARMER THAN THE 1981-2010 NORMAL OF 47.7 DEGREES.  THIS WAS
