1045 AM CST SUN FEB 14 2016

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN UNITED STATES WILL
COMBINE WITH QUICK MOVING LOW PRESSURE IN NORTH TEXAS TO INCREASE
SOUTHERLY WINDS ACROSS THE LAGUNA MADRE AND LOWER TEXAS GULF
WATERS THROUGH THIS EVENING. THE LOW WILL MOVE INTO THE SOUTHEAST
UNITED STATES MONDAY...WITH WEAK HIGH PRESSURE IN ITS WAKE ACROSS
TEXAS PREVAILING THROUGH TUESDAY. THE RIDGE WILL SLOWLY MOVE INTO
THE SOUTHEAST UNITED STATES WEDNESDAY AND CONTINUE TO EXTEND INTO
THE WESTERN GULF. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL ENTER WEST TEXAS
THURSDAY...WITH SOUTHEAST WINDS INCREASING ONCE AGAIN.
