.SYNOPSIS...ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
DEVELOP ALONG THE LOWER TEXAS COASTAL WATERS THIS AFTERNOON AS AN
UPPER DISTURBANCE AND A SURFACE COLD FRONT MOVE THROUGH THE GULF
WATERS. THIS WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASE IN NORTH WINDS AND SEAS
THROUGH THE NIGHT. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN
ISSUED. QUIETER CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL BY MID DAY SATURDAY
THROUGH MONDAY...BUT A COLD FRONT ON TUESDAY WILL RESULT IN STRONG
NORTH WINDS AND POSSIBLE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS RETURNING
OVER THE GULF WATERS.
