Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate southeast winds will prevail across the
coastal waters tonight with surface low pressure across northern
Mexico and high pressure across the Gulf of Mexico. The pressure
gradient will weaken across the lower Texas coast Saturday as a
weak cold front moves into central Texas Saturday afternoon. Winds
will diminish and back to the east Saturday and remain light from
the east Sunday. Winds and seas will be higher in and near
isolated to scattered thunderstorms that develop across the
coastal waters through the weekend.
