.SYNOPSIS...LIGHT NORTHEAST WINDS WILL GRADUALLY BECOME EAST TO
SOUTHEAST TONIGHT AS SURFACE HIGH GRADUALLY MOVES INTO THE LOWER
TEXAS GULF WATERS. STRONGER SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL DEVELOP OVER THE
WEEKEND AS A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH STRENGTHENS OVER THE DESERT
SOUTHWEST.
