353 AM CST MON FEB 27 2017

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OVER GULF WILL INTERACT WITH WEAK LOW
PRESSURE OVER THE SIERRA MADRE TO MAINTAIN MODERATE SOUTH TO
SOUTHEAST FLOW THROUGH TUESDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE
LOWER TEXAS COASTAL WATERS ON WEDNESDAY. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
WILL ACCOMPANY THE FRONT. STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS WILL DEVELOP IN
THE WAKE OF THE FRONT WEDNESDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD
SOUTH THROUGH TEXAS THURSDAY AND INTERACT WITH LOWER PRESSURE
ACROSS THE BAY OF CAMPECHE...CREATING LOCALLY HAZARDOUS WINDS AND
SEAS THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.
