.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
A SURFACE RIDGE CURRENTLY ALONG 23N WILL STALL NEAR KAUAI BY
TUESDAY...CAUSING WINDS TO DECREASE AND SHIFT MORE EASTERLY.
TRADE WINDS WILL REBUILD LATE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY AS THE
RIDGE LIFTS BACK TO THE NORTH AND STRENGTHENS. TRADE WINDS WILL
BEGIN A GRADUAL DECLINE LATE FRIDAY AS THE RIDGE IS PUSHED
SOUTHWARD AGAIN. A LARGE NORTHWEST SWELL IS EXPECTED LATE TUESDAY
NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY.
