.SYNOPSIS FOR SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
A frontal boundary has largely stalled out across the northern
waters. Low pressure drops south from the Gulf of Alaska
Tuesday bringing a strong cold front with gale force winds.
Conditions generally ease and improve for later in the week.

during the weaker ebb around 445 AM Monday.
