.SYNOPSIS...SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS CURRENTLY AROUND 10 TO 15 KNOTS
SHOULD CONTINUE TO WEAKEN AS THE DAY PROGRESSES. OVER THE NEXT FEW
DAYS...EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS SHOULD SUBSIDE DURING THE DAY AND
TURN ONSHORE NEAR THE COAST IN THE AFTERNOON WITH THE DAILY SEA
BREEZE CIRCULATION. THE WINDS WILL THEN INCREASE SLIGHTLY AT
NIGHT...POSSIBLY APPROACHING 15 KNOTS IN SOME AREAS. SEAS SHOULD
GENERALLY BE 4 FEET OR LESS.
