STRONG AUTUMN LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TAKES SHAPE WEST OF THE AREA.
COASTAL AND BUOY OBSERVATIONS CONFIRM WINDS OVER 20 KNOTS OVER
MUCH OF THE COASTAL WATERS LATE THIS MORNING...WITH FREQUENT GALE
FORCE GUSTS ALSO BEING OBSERVED MAINLY TO THE WEST OF THE OCHLOCKONEE
RIVER. THE WINDS WILL VEER MORE TO THE SOUTH TODAY...WITH SIMILAR
WIND SPEEDS PERSISTING INTO THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO
SUBSIDE LATE IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING...BUT SEAS WILL TAKE
LONGER TO SUBSIDE BELOW ADVISORY LEVELS.
