* FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS
  AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN
  SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...COWLEY...HARPER AND SUMNER. IN
  SOUTHEAST KANSAS...GREENWOOD.

* THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.

* SOILS ARE ALREADY SATURATED FROM RECENT RAINFALL OVER THE PAST
  SEVERAL DAYS WITH ADDITIONAL CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS
  EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT. ANY ADDITIONAL RAIN MAY EXACERBATE
  ONGOING FLOODING CONCERNS OR LEAD TO ADDITIONAL FLOODING.
