Flood Watch
National Weather Service Spokane WA
1040 PM PST Tue Feb 21 2017

...RAIN AND SNOWMELT MAY CAUSE FLOODING ON CREEKS AND FIELDS
PRONE TO FLOODING DUE TO POOR DRAINAGE...

.Precipitation is winding down across the region. Delayed runoff
will continue to bring the potential for additional minor rises on
streams and creeks as well as field flooding. We will transition
to a cooler and relatively drier weather pattern Wednesday and
through the end of the week allowing flood waters to gradually
subside. This pattern should persist into the weekend and possibly
next week.
