...FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for Puerto Rico, including Vieques and
Culebra, and the US Virgin Islands.

Although showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected to
redevelop during the rest of the afternoon over portions of the
islands, widespread flooding rains are not expected. Therefore, the
Flash Flood Watch is cancelled.

Despite that, due to saturated soils, any period of heavy rainfall
could led to quick urban and small stream flooding today.
