AT 434 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS MEASURED 9.95 INCHES OF
RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED OVER THE PAST 12 HOURS. SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN OVER THE NEXT
HOUR. THE LITTLE TALLATHATCHIE RIVER HAD OVERTOPPED ITS BANKS IN NEW
ALBANY.
