The National Weather Service in Denver Colorado has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Lincoln County in east central Colorado...

* Until 900 PM MDT

* At 605 PM MDT, local law enforcement officials reported flooding
  of fields and roads to the west of Hugo. Between two and three
  inches of rain has already fallen from thunderstorms early this
  evening. The ground was already moist from rainfall over the past
  several days. Another thunderstorm is approaching the area with
  another inch of rain expected.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Hugo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots. Big Sandy Creek will be the most prone to flooding as it
flows past Hugo and to the southeast.
