* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN ST. BERNARD PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA...
  NORTH CENTRAL JEFFERSON PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA...
  WEST CENTRAL ORLEANS PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA...

* UNTIL 500 PM CDT

* AT 328 PM CDT...ESTIMATED HEAVY RAINFALL OF 2 TO 4 IONCHES HAS
  PRODUCED EXTENSIVE STREET FLOODING IN PORTIONS OF THE METRO AREA
  EXPECIALLY NEAR THE LAKEFRONT AREA. ALTHOUGH RAINFALL HAS
  DECREASED SOME STREETS ARE IMPASSABLE. FLASH FLOODING IS
  ONGOING.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
