The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Johnson County in western Arkansas...
  Northwestern Pope County in central Arkansas...

* Until 730 AM CDT

* At 426 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. 1 to 2 inches of rain have
  fallen in areas that received heavy rain Tuesday night. With
  another inch of rain possible, flash flooding is likely to occur.
