  NORTHERN LOGAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHWESTERN PAYNE COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHEASTERN GARFIELD COUNTY IN NORTHERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* AT 1105 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
  A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN MARSHALL...ORLANDO...AND MULHALL.
  UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN SINCE EARLIER THIS EVENING. ALMOST 3 INCHES
  HAS FALLEN IN THE LAST HOUR AT THE MARSHALL MESONET GUAGE.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  LANGSTON...COYLE...MARSHALL...MULHALL AND ORLANDO.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN
THE WARNED AREA.
