* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA...
  SOUTHWESTERN MOORE COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA...
  NORTHEASTERN RICHMOND COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA...

* UNTIL 145 AM EDT

* AT 1042 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. BETWEEN
  TWO AND THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN NEAR EAGLE
  SPRINGS AND SEVEN LAKES. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN
  SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  SOUTHERN PINES...PINEHURST...ABERDEEN...WHISPERING PINES...
  PINEBLUFF...FOXFIRE...CANDOR...TAYLORTOWN...VASS AND CAMERON.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO TWO INCHES IS LIKELY BEFORE
MIDNIGHT IN THE WARNED AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.
