  SHAWNEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS...
  JACKSON COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN KANSAS...
  EASTERN POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN KANSAS...

* UNTIL 115 AM CDT

* AT 1052 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN
  THE WARNED AREA WITH ROAD CLOSURES OCCURRING. 1 TO 3 INCHES OF
  RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES IS
  POSSIBLE WITH ANOTHER ROUND OF THUNDERSTORMS LATE THIS EVENING.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  TOPEKA...WAMEGO...HOLTON...ROSSVILLE...ALMA...TECUMSEH...ST. MARYS...
  RICHLAND...DOVER...SILVER LAKE...AUBURN...ONAGA...HOYT...MAPLE HILL...
  MAYETTA...MCFARLAND...PAXICO...BELVUE...EMMETT AND LOUISVILLE.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 INTERSTATE 70 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 323 AND 355.
 KANSAS TURNPIKE BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 166 AND 188.
