The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Arroyo and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  East central Roosevelt County in east central New Mexico...

* Until 315 PM MDT.

* At 145 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms nearly stationary over east central Roosevelt
  County. Radar estimated up to 2 inches of rain has fallen in this
  area, on top of heavy rainfall that occurred over the area last
  night. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding in the
  advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Causey, Arch and Rogers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the
roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross
safely.
