The flood warning is cancelled for
  The Connecticut River At North Stratford.
* Until Saturday evening.
* At 9 AM Friday the stage was 12.7 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Forecast... Although the river remains affected by ice... the
  water level continues to fall and additional flooding is not
  expected.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding occurs.
