...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM CDT FOR NORTHERN
MOTLEY...NORTHERN FLOYD...EASTERN SWISHER...BRISCOE AND SOUTHWESTERN
HALL COUNTIES...

AT 644 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN NEAR CAPROCK CANYONS
STATE PARK.  OTHER AREAS HAVE RECEIVED RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS NEAR
ONE INCH.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
SILVERTON...MATADOR...CAPROCK CANYON STATE PARK...LOCKNEY...QUITAQUE...
MACKENZIE RESERVOIR...VALLEY SCHOOLS...CLAYTONVILLE...FLOMOT AND SOUTH
PLAINS.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF ONE HALF INCH IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA. THIS
ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL MAKE MINOR FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

STAY AWAY OR BE SWEPT AWAY. RIVER BANKS AND CULVERTS CAN BECOME
UNSTABLE AND UNSAFE.
