.Area rivers are beginning to crest, with some actually falling at this
time. However many remain above flood stage. Over the next 24 hours,
area will generally will all be below flood stage. Area rivers however,
will remain higher than normal through mid-week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SAFETY MESSAGE: Do not drive through flooded areas. The water may be
deeper than it appears. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather radio for later
developments.

* Impact...At 33.0 feet, Flooding is widespread in Fayette City.

  early tomorrow.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, Water levels reach the flood levels of the
  flood of July 30, 2017.

* At 12:45 PM Saturday the stage was 21.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at 12:25 PM Saturday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 17.0 feet by tomorrow
  morning.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet, Backwater flooding along the Youghiogheny
  river in McKeesport will flood the lower parking lot and dock area
  of the McKees Point boat complex. Backwater flooding further
  upstream on the Youghiogheny River will flood the lower parking lot
  of the community park near the Boston bridge in Boston.

  evening. The river will fall below flood stage tonight.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet, Pumping operations begin on Neville Island.
  The Wood Street T station facilities are impacted. Fort Pitt
  Boulevard is closed.

* Impact...At 13.0 feet, The picnic pavilion at the marina on Little
  Yellow Creek begins to flood. This area is not protected by the
  flood wall and the installation of flood gates at the Corps of
  Engineers flood protection project.

  the Marshall County Fairgrounds. Ruby and Diamond Streets are

* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 7.9 feet, Numerous low land areas are flooded.
  Stillwater Creek begins to flood portions of Newport Street in
  Uhrichsville. Homes along Park Drive begin to flood. Sections of
  Wilson Road near Phac Park are flooded.

* Impact...At 15.0 feet, Low areas are flooded and water reaches a few
  homes along Route 16 south of Coshocton and along County Route 1A
  north of Coshocton.
