* Flood warning for
  the Cass River at Vassar.
* From now until further notice.
* At 9 AM Thursday the stage is 15.1 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring.
* Forecast is to crest around 15.3 feet this afternoon.
