The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 400 PM EDT

* At 205 PM EDT, the stage of the Pennypack Creek in Philadelphia
  was 7.34 feet and falling.  Flood stage is 7 feet.  The flood
  warning has therefore been extended until 400 PM or until the
  creek drops below the 7 foot flood stage.

There could also be some minor flooding along the Wissahickon Creek
which is experiencing rises from rain earlier today as well, but any
additional increase in water level should be limited to under one
foot.
