WILL MOVE OFF THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST WHILE MAINTAINING A WEDGE OF
COOL AIR OVER THE FORECAST AREA THROUGH SUNDAY. WITH A WEAK SURFACE
TROUGH FORMING ALONG THE SOUTHEAST COAST AND MOIST AIR ALOFT MOVING
NORTH OVER THE COOL SURFACE AIR...RAIN WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND
CONTINUE SUNDAY MORNING ACROSS THE AREA. THE RAIN MAY FREEZE AND
FORM ICE ACROSS NORTHERN MIDLANDS COUNTIES DURING THE LATE NIGHT AND
MORNING HOURS.

THE COOL WEDGE CONDITIONS SUNDAY WILL YIELD VERY LOW MIXING HEIGHTS
