Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
332 AM EDT Wed Mar 29 2017

.DISCUSSION...A cold front is pushing south and east of the area
this morning. This front is expected to stall out just south of the
CSRA. North of the front, high pressure and drier air will build
into the area. Minimum RH values this afternoon expected to drop
into the lower to mid 30 percent range. More moisture will move back
into the area for Thursday, bringing a rise in afternoon RH values.
Showers and thunderstorms will develop late Thursday and into Friday
as the old cold front re-energizes and pushes northward as a warm front.
