REMAIN IN CONTROL OVER THE AREA FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. THIS
PATTERN WILL ENSURE FAIR AND DRY WEATHER. SURFACE AND TRANSPORT
WINDS WILL BE OUT OF THE NORTHEAST TODAY...THEN SHIFT TO MORE
OF A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION BY THURSDAY. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY
VALUES WILL GENERALLY BE BETWEEN 30 AND 35 PERCENT TODAY AND
