DRIER AND COOLER WEATHER THROUGH SUNDAY. RH VALUES WILL
REMAIN ABOVE 50 PERCENT DURING THE PERIOD. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL
GENERALLY BE OUT OF THE EAST. SUFFICIENT LOW LEVEL MOISTURE
COMBINED WITH DRY AIR ALOFT AND LIGHT WINDS WILL PROVIDE A THREAT
