FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR NORTHERN ALABAMA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HUNTSVILLE AL
213 PM CDT THU JUL 28 2016

.DISCUSSION...
NUMEROUS SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE TENNESSEE VALLEY THIS
AFTERNOON WITH A FEW EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE. ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS AND SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH MIDNIGHT. LOW CLOUDS
AROUND 1000 FEET TONIGHT WILL KEEP MIXING HEIGHTS AND DISPERSION VALUES
LOW. CONDITIONS IMPROVE SLIGHTLY FOR FRIDAY WITH DECREASED CLOUD COVER
AND BETTER DISPERSION BUT SCATTERED AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS ARE
POSSIBLE. TYPICAL SUMMER-TIME WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THIS WEEKEND WITH
A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS EACH AFTERNOON.

HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS TO BUILD INTO THE REGION NEXT WEEK AND WILL WARM
UP TEMPS AND DECREASE RAIN CHANCES.
