Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northern Alabama
National Weather Service Huntsville AL
501 AM CDT Sun Oct 22 2017

.DISCUSSION...
A low pressure system will bring widespread wetting rains to
the area later this afternoon through Monday. Isolated to
scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and
evening, producing heavy rain and gusty winds. In total,
between 2 to 3 inches of rain is possible through Monday
afternoon, before a cold front sweeps into the Southern
Appalachians and brings a much cooler and drier air mass in
its wake by Tuesday. Transport winds should keep dispersion
values fairly good.

Fog potential over the next few days: None at this time.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time.
