WIDESPREAD RAIN WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH OR END FROM WEST
TO EAST THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THIS EVENING.  THE BREAK
IN THE RAIN WILL NOT LAST LONG AS A STRONG UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE TRACKS NORTHEAST THROUGH THE TENNESSEE VALLEY
LATE MONDAY INTO TUESDAY. LOW CLOUDS AND POOR SMOKE DISPERSION
ARE EXPECTED BOTH TODAY AND MONDAY.  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF
ONE HALF TO ONE INCH IS EXPECTED TODAY, WITH ANOTHER ONE HALF
TO ONE HALF TO ONE INCH EXPECTED MONDAY INTO TUESDAY. A
FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE MONDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING AS WELL.
