OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...KEEPING RAIN CHANCES AT A
MINIMUM...BUT ALSO THREATENING MUCH OF EASTERN KENTUCKY WITH LOW RH
VALUES. DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS...MANY LOCATIONS CAN EXPECT RH VALUES
TO DROP TO THE UPPER 30 TO 40 PERCENT RANGE UNDER MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES
