.DISCUSSION...High pressure will build in today and keep drier and
much cooler conditions across eastern Kentucky into this weekend.
Highs will average in the mid and upper 70s, with lows mainly in
the mid and upper 50s. Winds will generally be northerly and
light, with min RH values in the 40 to low 50 percent range over
the next few days as well.
