ON WEDNESDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH ON WEDNESDAY AND BE
THE CAUSE FOR THE SWITCH TO FROZEN PRECIPITATION...AND WILL ALSO
BRING THE WINDS FROM SOUTHERLY TUESDAY TO NORTHERLY ON WEDNESDAY.
