UPPER TROUGH AXIS WILL STRENGTHEN AND MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS
WESTERN TN THIS MORNING. AS THIS HAPPENS... RAIN AND SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED. HEAVIEST RAINFALL WILL OCCUR ACROSS
NORTHERN AND WESTERN AREAS WHERE A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT
INTO TONIGHT.

LOWER RAIN CHANCES WILL PERSIST TOMORROW AND ON INTO THE WEEKEND
AS BROAD UPPER LEVEL TROUGHING REMAINS. THE RAIN CHANCES WILL
DECREASE TOWARD THE MIDDLE OF THE WEAK AS THE TROUGH LIFTS OUT AND
UPPER RIDGING RETURNS.
