Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Middle Tennessee
National Weather Service Nashville TN
429 PM CST Fri Feb 24 2017

.DISCUSSION...

It`s going to continue to be windy this afternoon and evening ahead
of an approaching frontal system. Gusts of 30 to 35 mph will be
likely through midnight. Showers and thunderstorms will push through
the mid-state late this evening.

Drier air and colder temperatures will be felt Saturday, but the
winds will continue to blow. Westerly gusts of 20-25 mph will be
likely throughout the day.

Sunday will provide RH values closer to critical fire weather
thresholds, but winds will have relaxed by then.
