SOUTH CENTRAL ARIZONA. HUMIDITIES WILL BE ELEVATED TODAY ESPECIALLY
ACROSS SOUTH-CENTRAL ARIZONA WHERE A LOW LEVEL MOISTURE FEED WILL
KEEP MINIMUM RH VALUES ABOVE 35 PERCENT. DRIER NORTHWEST FLOW RETURNS
THURSDAY FOR PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES ALONG WITH REDUCED HUMIDITY
LEVELS. OUTSIDE OF SOME BREEZY NORTH WINDS TODAY OVER THE WESTERN
DESERTS...WINDS WILL BE RELATIVELY LIGHT FAVORING TYPICAL DIURNAL
