National Weather Service Seattle WA
444 AM PDT Sun Sep 24 2017

.DISCUSSION...High pressure aloft will bring dry weather today. A

Offshore flow associated with a thermal pressure trough may be
possible on Thursday...leading to the warmest temperatures of the
week.

Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
