DRY WEATHER ACROSS NORTHWEST CALIFORNIA THE NEXT SEVERAL
DAYS. AFTERNOON HUMIDITY WILL BE LOW WITH GOOD RECOVERIES
IN VALLEYS AND MODERATE RECOVERIES ON MID AND UPPER SLOPES.
A THERMAL TROUGH WILL BRING ENHANCED NORTHEASTERLY WINDS
THIS MORNING AND AGAIN THURSDAY MORNING. DAYTIME
TEMPERATURES WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE THROUGH THE SECOND
HALF OF THE WEEK AS THE UPPER RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
BREAKS DOWN.
