...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

MOSTLY DRY AND BREEZY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK
WITH ANY THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY CONFINED TO EASTERN MOHAVE COUNTY
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN SEVERAL
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL SATURDAY THEN BECOME MORE SEASONAL SUNDAY AND
MONDAY. DRY CONDITIONS ALONG WITH BREEZY AND COOLER CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED THROUGH THE UPCOMING LABOR DAY WEEKEND.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT WILL CONTINUE THE HOT WEATHER FOR INLAND AREAS
TODAY. FOR SUNDAY THROUGH NEXT WEEK...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
DEVELOPING NEAR THE WEST COAST WILL BRING DRIER SOUTHWEST FLOW ALOFT
WITH STRONGER ONSHORE LOWER LEVEL FLOW. THIS WILL BRING AN INLAND
COOLING TREND AND A DEEPER MARINE LAYER ALONG WITH LOCALLY GUSTY
WEST WINDS IN THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS EACH LATE AFTERNOON THROUGH
LATE EVENING. LOWEST AFTERNOON HUMIDITIES NEAR MOUNTAIN RIDGE TOPS
AND ALONG THE DESERT SLOPES OF THE MOUNTAINS WILL FALL TO AROUND
15 PERCENT FOR MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. COMBINED WITH THE GUSTY WEST
WINDS...THIS WILL INCREASE THE FIRE POTENTIAL FOR THOSE AREAS.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

HOT OR VERY HOT TEMPERATURES FOR TODAY THOUGH HUMIDITY VALUES WILL
REMAIN A BIT ELEVATED. A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND STORMS CONTINUES
TODAY BUT WILL GRADUALLY COME DOWN STARTING TOMORROW AS DRIER AIR
WORKS IN FROM THE WEST. TEMPERATURES WILL ALSO BEGIN TO COME DOWN
TOMORROW...AS WILL HUMIDITY VALUES. NO SIGNIFICANT WINDS EXPECTED.
