DIMINISH ALL CHANCES OF PRECIPITATION AND NEARLY ALL CLOUD COVER
FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. DAYTIME HUMIDITIES WILL BE QUITE
LOW...GENERALLY BELOW 15 PERCENT EACH DAY. WINDS MAY BRIEFLY REACH
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ON MONDAY...BUT RED FLAG
WARNINGS HAVE NOT BEEN ISSUED DUE TO RELATIVELY RECENT RAINS AND
SPOTTY GREEN UP. HOWEVER...HAINES INDICES ARE EXPECTED TO BE HIGH.
HUMIDITY RECOVERIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE POOR...OR NEARLY SO...THE
