.DISCUSSION...

UPDATED FORECAST WITH LATEST WIND AND CONVECTION INFORMATION.
COLD FRONT STILL LOOKS TO ARRIVE AROUND 4-5PM THIS AFTERNOON.
HOWEVER ITS IMPACT ON WINDS WILL BE LESS IN THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS
OF THE BIG HORNS THAN AT LOWER ELEVATIONS. COMPARING LATEST
OBSERVATIONS TO LATEST FORECAST DATA SHOWS SURFACE WINDS OF 10 TO
20 MPH BUT WITH FREQUENT GUSTS TO 35 MPH POSSIBLE AND WINDS JUST
OFF THE SURFACE WILL BE STRONGER. WIND SPEEDS WILL INCREASE 10 TO
15 MPH BEHIND THE FRONT. THERE ARE A FEW THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
WIND RIVER RANGE THAT WILL WORK TOWARD THE AREA BY 2 PM IF THEY
HOLD TOGETHER. ANY SHOWERS/STORMS OR EVEN VIRGA WILL HAVE THE
POTENTIAL FOR MORE ERRATIC WIND GUSTS. INCLUDED TABULAR DATA FOR
YOU. CHAMBERS
