Cold front will arrive around 4 am with a wind shift to the
northwest. Winds at ridgetop elevation will be gusty through the
night. An isolated thunderstorm is possible, especially along the
front in that 4 am timeframe. Red Flag for tomorrow with dry and
gusty northwest wind conditions. Friday night will be clear with
weakening winds. Saturday will be warm and dry with continued
