.DISCUSSION...
Winds will remain gusty from the northwest until shortly after daybreak.
Winds will diminish by late morning out of the northwest before becoming
light southwest toward late afternoon as high pressure builds in. Expect
that minimum relative humidities will drop to near 40% with no rain
expected until around midnight Sunday night.
