THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE LARAMIE RANGE. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS MAY NOT MOVE TOO MUCH AS THEY DEVELOP DUE TO WEAK
WINDS ALOFT. THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES WITH
GUSTY ERRATIC WINDS POSSIBLE.
