Gusty northwest winds are expected this morning before beginning
to diminish this afternoon. Sky conditions will remain mostly
cloudy through the morning as well with some clearing this
afternoon.

Max temperature.....Around 70.
Min humidity........41 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest winds 13 to 21 mph decreasing to
                    around 10 mph late in the afternoon.

Transport winds.....Northwest 28 to 35 mph becoming west around 13
                    mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Good (44200 knot-ft) early in the morning
