.DISCUSSION...The steady rain overnight transitioned to rain showers
this morning. The probability of rain today is near 100 percent.
The rain chance will decrease to around 70 percent this evening.
By late tonight...rain chance will lower to 30 percent. The rain
showers will orient in SW-NE direction...and will move towards
northeast. Some areas will see training of rain showers...which
may lead to elongated period of moderate rain. Rainfall amount
will be 1 to 2 inches for today. Thunderstorm potential is low.
A few strikes may hit the ridgetop locations today. Winds will
be from the southwest at 10 to 20 mph with occasional higher gusts.
