.DISCUSSION...
Dry and cool air will spread across south-central Texas
today as surface high pressure remains the dominant weather
feature. Some gusty northeast winds near 20 mph can be expected along
the I-35 corridor through late morning and then decrease through
the early to mid afternoon hours to near 10 mph. Minimum afternoon
humidities will drop into the upper 20 percentile range this afternoon
and then steadily increase through the evening hours.
