.DISCUSSION...
STEADY SOUTH WINDS WITH OCCASIONAL 20-FOOT LEVEL GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH
ARE POSSIBLE NEAR THE BURN SITE THIS AFTERNOON. WIND DIRECTIONS SHOULD
ONLY VARY FROM AROUND 170 DEGREES TO 190 DEGREES. WARM AND DRY AIR
WILL MIX DOWN FROM ALOFT AND RESULT IN SURFACE HUMIDITIES DROPPING
BELOW 35 PERCENT TO AS LOW AS 30 PERCENT LOCALLY. INCREASING MOISTURE
FROM THE SOUTH WINDS SHOULD MAKE FOR A RAPID HUMIDITY RECOVERY IN THE
EVENING WITH RH VALUES OF AROUND 80 PERCENT BY MIDNIGHT. LOW CLOUDS
WILL DEVELOP LATE AND LOCK IN THE HIGHER HUMIDITIES FOR MUCH OF
MONDAY MORNING.
