WINDS ARE EXPECTED THIS MORNING. WIND FIELDS WILL WEAKEN WITH THE
APPROACH OF THE SURFACE TROUGH. EXPECT DIRECTION TO BE MAINLY
UNDER 10 MPH THIS AFTERNOON. WITH THE WEAK WIND REGIME
AND UNCERTAINTY IN EXACT POSITION OF THE TROUGH...CONFIDENCE IS
LOW AS TO A PREDOMINANT WIND DIRECTION THIS AFTERNOON. LIGHT
SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS MAY BECOME MORE WESTERLY DURING THE
AFTERNOON...BUT PERIODS OF VARIABLE WIND DIRECTION ARE POSSIBLE.
