.DISCUSSION...
Breezy conditions are expected again today with strong high pressure
north of the area. East-northeast winds 10-15 mph with occasional gusts
20-25 mph expected. Lighter winds are expected Fri-Sun. The high will
promote onshore flow...which will keep min RHs above critical values.
Elevated dispersion values are forecast this afternoon and Friday.

FOG POTENTIAL AND OTHER REMARKS...No significant fog is expected the
next couple mornings.
