.DISCUSSION...
All models show the rain and sleet on the radar moving off east
before dawn. 14 of the 15 models are in excellent agreement with
the south winds developing today and the RH forecast is in the
middle of an envelope of possible forecasts ranging from 35
percent to 45 percent.

The situation Thursday looks like fog or low clouds and patchy
drizzle in the morning. There is also a chance of rain late Wednesday
night which should end by morning. There is a chance skies
Thursday will remain overcast the entire day which would produce
cooler temperatures and higher RH. The forecast assumes clearing
skies in the afternoon.
