.DISCUSSION...
FLOW SHOULD REMAIN GENERALLY LIGHT AND VARIABLE EARLY ON AND GRADUALLY
BECOME MORE EASTERLY THROUGH THE DAY. SCATTERED TO LOCALLY NUMEROUS
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE AREA ARE FORECAST FOR THIS
AFTERNOON WITH LIGHTNING STRIKES AND SHIFTING GUSTY WINDS A CONCERN
PARTICULARLY AFTER 2 PM OR SO. DUE TO GENERALLY LIGHT TRANSPORT WINDS,
POOR TO FAIR DISPERSION CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL. SMOKE PLUME WILL LIKELY
DISPERSE A BIT TOWARDS THE SOUTH AND SHIFT A BIT TOWARD SW AS THE DAY
WEARS ON BUT ONLY SLIGHTLY OUTSIDE OF THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY.

UPDATED CEILING HEIGHTS A BIT HIGHER AND THAT RESULTED IN
DISPERSION INDICES CLOSER TO 30 FOR THIS AFTERNOON. STILL POOR TO
FAIR AND THAT IS MOSTLY DUE TO LIGHT SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS
AS HIGH REMAINS IN CONTROL ACROSS THE AREA.

FOG DEVELOPMENT IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
