LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS EARLY THIS MORNING WILL BECOME EAST FOR A SHORT
TIME THIS MORNING...BEFORE BECOMING SOUTH AROUND NOON THROUGH THE REST
OF THE DAY. THE WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON...AND THIS ALONG WITH
A GOOD DEAL OF SUN AND A DRY ATMOSPHERE WILL ALLOW FOR DEEP MIXING TODAY.
THIS WILL ALSO ALLOW FOR AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY TO DROP TO AROUND 20
TO 25 PERCENT. THE SOUTH WINDS WILL BECOME SOUTHEAST THIS EVENING...BUT
SPEEDS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE EVENING. AS TEMPERATURES
COOL THROUGH THE EVENING THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL INCREASE.
