A strong winter storm moves into the region starting Thursday and
lasting into Friday. Gusty winds develop ahead of the main storm.
Rain develops late Thursday becoming mixed with snow Thursday
evening before changing to all snow Friday. Another storm is
expected to move in Sunday and Monday. Cooler and wetter weather
will continue through the second half of the month.
