FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 0900 PDT ON SEPTEMBER 28.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE IN SEATTLE.

.DISCUSSION...WESTERN WASHINGTON IS CURRENTLY IN BETWEEN
SYSTEMS...WITH A STRONG UPPER LEVEL RIDGE OVER THE CENTER OF THE
COUNTRY AND AN UPPER LEVEL LOW OFF THE COAST. THIS WILL MEAN
GENERALLY MILD TEMPERATURES AND MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES OVER THE BURN
SITE TODAY AND AGAIN TOMORROW. WINDS OVER THE BURN SITE WILL START
OFF COMING FROM THE EAST DURING MUCH OF THE MORNING BEFORE
TRANSITIONING TO THE WEST BETWEEN 1300 AND 1500 THIS AFTERNOON. IN
ADDITION BOTH MID-LEVEL AND HIGH LEVEL HAINES INDEX VALUES OVER
THE BURN SITE WILL BE 5...OR MODERATE...INDICATING UNSTABLE
CONDITIONS. HOWEVER...AFTERNOON RH VALUES AND CURRENT FUEL ERC
LEVELS WILL OFFSET THIS AS THEY ARE NOWHERE NEAR CRITICAL
THRESHOLDS.
