.DISCUSSION...Another very moist day across southern Utah with
plenty of monsoonal moisture in place. Showers and thunderstorms
that develop will have the potential for producing heavy rain and
possibly flash flooding. Concerns for flow on the burn scar are
high. Humidities will be excellent today and tonight. Wednesday
will see slightly less favorable conditions for heavy rain
producing showers and thunderstorms, however do not expect a
drying trend to take place until much later in the week. Winds
should remain mostly light, except near any strong thunderstorms
that do develop.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (80-90 percent cloud cover).
                    Widespread rain showers and a slight chance of
                    thunderstorms in the morning, then numerous
                    showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......80 percent.
CWR.................80 percent.
LAL.................2 until 1200, then 5.
Max temperature.....67-69.
Min humidity........65-67%.
Wind (20 ft)........South winds 4-6 mph becoming west 4-8 mph in
                    the late morning and afternoon.
