.DISCUSSION...A very cold and stable air mass will exist behind the
late weekend storm over northern Utah tonight. Light transport winds
will exist Wednesday. Increasing mid and high cloud cover during the
day will also serve to keep temperatures down and mixing poor.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (15-25 percent cloud cover) until 0900,
                    then partly sunny (60-70 percent cloud cover).

                    winds 3-6 mph during the afternoon.
