.DISCUSSION...An area of low pressure moving southeast through
southern California and Nevada will help keep northeast
winds over the burn area through much of the week. The strongest
winds are expected today with gusts likely reaching 30 mph. Winds
are forecast to decrease over the next couple of days with
afternoon northeast winds generally around 10 to 15 mph. There
could be a few gusts occasionally around 20 mph each afternoon.
Conditions will remain dry with after humidity values in the lower
to mid teens with moderate humidity recoveries overnight.
Temperatures will gradually increase over the next few days. No
clouds are expected through the end of the week.
