IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN QUEBEC WILL
MOVE EAST OUT INTO THE NORTHWEST ATLANTIC BY TONIGHT. A BROAD
RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.3 INCHES EXTENDING FROM THE
GREAT LAKES SOUTHWEST TO THE SOUTHERN PLAINS WILL DRIFT SOUTH AND
WEAKEN THROUGH TONIGHT AS THEN CENTER OF A VERY STRONG HIGH OF
31.3 INCHES OVER QUEBEC MONDAY MORNING BEGINS BUILDING SOUTH INTO
THE NORTHERN ROCKIES AND HIGH PLAINS MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY.
THIS VERY EXPANSIVE HIGH WILL BLANKET ALMOST THE ENTIRE COUNTRY
EAST OF THE ROCKIES TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. LOW PRESSURE NORTH OF
THE ARCTIC CIRCLE TUESDAY NIGHT WILL STRENGTHEN TO 29.2 INCHES AS
IT MOVES SOUTH TO HUDSON BAY WEDNESDAY.
