MICHIGAN THIS EVENING WHILE WEAKENING TO 29.6 INCHES. THE LOW WILL
THEN WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AS IT MOVES
SOUTHWARD TO THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY. A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OF 30.4
INCHES WILL THEN BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY THURSDAY
THROUGH SATURDAY WHILE THE LOW MEANDERS AROUND THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY
