THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT.

THERE IS AT LEAST A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS SOUTHERN
PORTIONS OF THE AREA...MAINLY WITHIN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS...BUT
POSSIBLY EXTENDING INTO THE ADJACENT BORDERING COUNTIES OF FAR
SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. ALTHOUGH SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT CURRENTLY
EXPECTED...A FEW STRONG STORMS ARE NOT OUT OF THE QUESTION AT SOME
POINT TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

THERE ARE SEVERAL CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS WITHIN THE OUTLOOK
AREA THROUGHOUT THE MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY TIME FRAME.

DURING THE DAY MONDAY...ANY STORM POTENTIAL SHOULD OCCUR DURING
THE MORNING...AND MAINLY AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS. ADDITIONAL
SMALL STORM CHANCES RETURN TO MAINLY SOUTHERN AND WESTERN PORTIONS
OF THE OUTLOOK AREA MONDAY NIGHT. NO SEVERE STORMS ARE ANTICIPATED
MONDAY OR MONDAY NIGHT.

SOMEWHAT BETTER THUNDERSTORM CHANCES LOOK TO ARRIVE TUESDAY
AFTERNOON INTO TUESDAY NIGHT. THERE IS AT LEAST A MARGINAL RISK
FOR A FEW SEVERE STORMS DURING THIS TIME...WITH LARGE HAIL AND
DAMAGING WINDS THE PRIMARY HAZARDS. WEDNESDAY AND BEYOND...IT IS
STILL TOO EARLY TO CONFIDENTLY ASSESS THE POTENTIAL FOR SEVERE
STORMS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THUNDERSTORM PREDICTABILITY IN THIS SUMMER
WEATHER PATTERN CARRIES LOWER THAN AVERAGE CONFIDENCE...MEANING
THAT STORM CHANCES COULD INCREASE OR DECREASE WITH FAIRLY SHORT
NOTICE...SO BE SURE TO STAY UP TO DATE WITH THE LATEST FORECASTS.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED THROUGH TONIGHT...BUT ANY
REPORTS OF POSSIBLE HAIL OR STRONG WINDS WITHIN SOUTHERN PORTIONS
OF THE OUTLOOK AREA WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
