THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTHWESTERN CALIFORNIA.

.DAY ONE... TODAY AND TONIGHT

GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO BRING HAZARDOUS
DRIVING AND BOATING CONDITIONS TO THE AREA THROUGH TONIGHT. WIND
PROTECTED INTERIOR AREAS OF SLO COUNTY AND CUYAMA WILL BE DEALING
WITH THE FIRST HARD FREEZE OF THE SEASON TONIGHT. FREEZE WARNING
WILL AFFECT THE OJAI VALLEY AND SANTA YNEZ VALLEY AS WELL. THERE
WILL CONTINUE TO BE HIGH SURF AFFECTING THE WEST TO NORTHWEST FACING
BEACHES THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING WITH THE RISK OF HIGH RIP CURRENT.

A VERY COLD AND DYNAMIC UPPER LOW WILL MOVE CLOSER TO SOUTHERN
